Welcome to Mealbrew. By using this app you agree to these terms. If something here doesn't sit right with you, please stop using the service — no hard feelings.

What Mealbrew is

Mealbrew is a personal meal planning and food journaling tool with optional blood-glucose tracking. It helps you build a meal library, compose daily routines, and — if you choose — log glucose readings to spot patterns over time.

Mealbrew is not a medical device, and nothing in this app constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified health professional for decisions about your diet or health.

Your account

You need an account to use Mealbrew. Keep your credentials safe — you're responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know immediately.

Your content

Everything you put into Mealbrew — meals, categories, routines, glucose readings, settings — belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your data. You can export it or delete your account at any time.

By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content back to you — which is, you know, how the app works. We may also use anonymized and aggregated data to improve the service, including training internal AI prediction models (more on this in our Privacy Policy).

Acceptable use

Use Mealbrew for its intended purpose — meal planning and personal health journaling. Don't:

• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service
• Use the platform for anything illegal

Availability & changes

We work hard to keep Mealbrew running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Sometimes things break, servers need maintenance, or we push an update that changes how things work. We'll do our best to communicate meaningful changes, but the app may evolve over time.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. If we make changes to these terms, we'll update the effective date at the top and notify you within the app when practical.

Limitation of liability

Mealbrew is provided "as is." We do our best to keep things reliable and your data safe, but we can't be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

In particular, glucose-related features are informational only. Do not make medical decisions based solely on data from this app.

Termination

You can delete your account whenever you want — your data goes with it. We may also terminate or suspend access if these terms are violated, but we'll try to give you a heads-up first unless it's urgent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Mealbrew operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion first — and formal proceedings only as a last resort.
